A week ago we tapped 11 trees. One huge maple over 4' in diameter and some smaller ones. We have collected 100 gallons so far. Gathering Gathered Sugaring off Should boil about 20 Gallons a day so we have 5 days so far and the sap just keeps on coming. Warren
