Since her last project ( slammed 82 Mercedes 300D) went so well and has continued to be an awesome driver, Kelsey has now
taken a full time job with John at Last Chance Auto Restore just north of Kingston in Yarker as a restoration specialist, she's also
managed to get her welding tickets completed and certified so its time for a bigger project, she had bought a truck cab a couple
years back and was collecting "stuff" she is now moving forward with it. She is learning the art of roof chopping, I'm giving her
the odd hand but for most part, she's building it on her own. We have a set of 1938-39 Dodge passenger car frame rails to base the
chassis, it will run the original i beam axle from my 39 Ford truck , a Ford 9" rear axle and for now a Chevy V6 ( 229) and Turbo 350.
She is about half way through a pretty heavy (6") chop . I'll try to remember to do photos occasionally, lol..
Looks great, good work for sure.. nice to see young guns still have the fever.. agree with with Wayne..
I keep forgetting to post photos, she now has a it up on wheels as a roller, chassis length and rake are determined, and a pretty awesome new radshell thanks to Cuddles…
Building my dream one piece at a time.
