Any numbers on the ends.. or markings that might help more.. The numbers on the stalk are just probably casting numbers..Usually they have numbers on the end could be front or rear..

this don't make a lot of sense but, 016 ----200695 ---L.H. EXHAUST CAM SHAFT,  it says its for a ferrari. http://www.allferrariparts.com/tbl12569.html

Here's a picture of the end.  I believe it came out of a GM crate engine and was in a box of stuff I bought at Ancaster last year, no idea of lift etc.
