Finally got to work on the roadster a bit. I've been driving it but havne't been doing much past couple months other than just keeping it running. Started fitting the hood to the 32 rad shell and started finishing the door skin. Lots of fiddling around to try and get the hood to sit right. But got it very close to looking right! Showed thebest side in the photo! lol The other side I struggled to get it to match then I realized the stock hood isn't even straight. So I think it's as good as it'll get. I'm also really enjoying welding and trying to get better at it.
So this means that you will either be buying an aftermarket chassis or boxing the one you have, changing the steering, splitting the wish bones, installing new cross members, installing a new transmission and rear end, recessing the firewall, butchering the floor and you want to do this to an absolutely gorgeous roadster (except the rad shell)? This is scary!
