I started this build which was an ambitious task for me as I knew very little about building cars but have fabricating skills from way back. I bought this truck body 4 years ago, the 56 has always been my favorite style as my dad had an F-600 stake truck he used to deliver beer, furniture and anything else to make extra money whem he was a young man, I still remember bouncing around in the cab, I think I was only 3 or 4 at the time, some things you never forget.

Enjoy

Angelo

Great looking truck!!!!!!!!!!! Guess I had better get going on mine. Did you do the body yourself? Looks nice and smooth. Love the look of the rear end with our the bumper on.
Well done

Thanks Marten, you will do fine, I have seen your talents they will show through in your build as well! I did not do the body work, I fabed the frame etc., and patched/modified the sheet metal.

Thank you Pugsy, you will notice the strait rear fenders LOL

I did that at your metal meet 2 years ago, I will try to attend next season if your still holding it!
