As I mentioned in my introduction, I offered to help out someone from my new community with their ride. A nice little 67 Acadian.
He needed a rear driver's side floor support to rocker repair. The car is very solid and straight other than a few inner rocker spots that are toast.
Made inner and outer patch pieces and welded them in. My first fabricating job with my welder in a full year. Nice to have my hand back in it. Not my best work but just felt good to weld. The only problem now being the other 10 hours of weld repair that this car needs................ Had a couple of guys stop by to see the repairs after the "Seaway cruise in" ended. Nice to have the drive way full of cars again..................................................... Rhys.
