looking for info on old custom

a friend of my son is looking for any info on a long gone custom it is (was)a 1951 meteor convert I am attaching some pictures.it had a y-lock installed at the time the diamond on the rear seat cover may ring a bell also.it was entered in a car show at some point.I forgot to add a picture of rear it appears to have a club plaque hanging below license plate typical of the time

going to bump it up in hopes that anyone that was around at that time is still with us.pugsy gave me one lead on the club but there was limited info (90s)sorry rick gave me link but pugsy blew up the plaque sorry rick

looks like any who would have any idea of its whereabouts may have passed or not be computer literate.thought I would try and help the family oh well
