Thought about making one.  Then thought about renting one.  Can't buy one.  Don't know where to rent one.  Any thoughts ? Peterborough area. Thank you.

Yep......you can't make one for the price you can buy one from Princess.

And no, you can't rent one.

This looks like a really good sale on until the end of the month. Get in that truck of yours and go pick one up.

I buy stuff on sale at Princess Auto often and rarely buy if it's not on sale. With this at the sale price if you decide you don't want it anymore you will always get most of your money back no matter how old it is. IMO

I have a slightly smaller version of this one. Works perfect for what I do. Just be patient with it, don't try cranking the wheels to hard, the frame will flex.

All great advise (as usual) but I think it is a tool I will only need once. Kind of hard to justify the purchase even at the sale price. I would love to jump in the truck and cruise down to Princess but I'd have to wait for the smaller version at least. I just don't see me needing it more than once. What I do see is needing a flatbed. Geez, this hobby is a curse. And yet I love it.

Won't need it more than once. I thought that to. Now that I have it, everything needs to be wheeled. Same with a welder.
