More friggin snow......grrrrr. Wouldn't be quite so aggravating except I can hardly hold the handle on a snow shovel first thing in the morning, can't tie a shoe-lace, button a shirt, brush my teeth or much else with my right hand ( I'm right handed) for the first couple hours each day. The tendons in the palm of my hand for my " f#ck-you" finger are telling me "f#ck-you.....we're not working......and we're going to create serious pain too".

Try wiping your azz with your none-dominate hand some morning, you'll see what a pain in the azz ( pun intended) it can be.

 

So my wife Sue bought me a Dr Ho Tens package, all the bells and whistles. Hands, feet, buttocks.....whatever you want to make twitch - I got the stuff to do it. 

This morning I got wired up, I put the pads on my Trapezius muscles ( upper back, neck & top of shoulder), set the voltage level and let it go through a cycle. 

 

It has 3 different cycles and each cycle has about 5 or 6 different "modes" it goes through, one after another.

 

I switched to the next cycle, the first one having run through and feeling pretty good to me, the second one having an entirely different effect but still a pleasant sensation.

 

Once it finished I moved on to the last cycle. It was different yet again and about 1/2 way through began to feel a little intense so I reached down to dial it back a little......just as it hit the next mode.

My arm spasmed from my fingers clear up to my ear - which in itself was tolerable - but when my fingers spasmed I turned the level up instead of down......Waaaay up.

 

Well holy sh*t, Mother Mary and Jesus in a raft, I swear sparks shot out my eyes.  I must have looked like a Voodoo doll  being poked from all sides with needles......

 

Once the mode stopped I shut it off......and picked myself up off the floor - across the room from where I'd been sitting.

 

..........and went upstairs to have another shower and change my underwear.

 

Aside from that it works great!
