Last I heard was snow from about noon on but if you are outside that could be a good time to leave. Any serious buyers are done by noon.

Yes the snow kept a lot of people at home. Only a small amount of outside vendors and still a few empty tables in each building. Crowds lighter but still sold a couple of items.
