The fall meet for the Rodmasters is this coming Sunday. Hopefully the weather stays in their favor as will bring out a pile more vendors and spectators. I am vending in the second building once again.

Yes weather is pretty miserable this morning and not calling for any better tomorrow. They usually have a good turnout of outdoor vendors.

You melt when 'wet'?   Umbrella, boots hat & warm coat. It will be ****ty on the mountain but vendors don't want to take the "stuff" home again!!! biggrin  smile

Well vendor population is down in rain. What bothers me the most is the ****ty parking if the field is muddy. I remember vending at the old location we had to put tire chains on that Bill had for sale to get out of the mud.

Hopefully that's it for the rain.

How was the swap meet? I had a job at home I had to get done-so I did not make it-my car was covered in wet snow though when i went for coffee at 7am-hope everyone had a good time-I wish they would change the date to the first of October or last weekend in September though!
Keep on Cruising!

There was no problem getting a parking spot.

I would say there was about 20-25% of the vendors there.

If anyone didn't go that usually does you didn't miss anything.

I enjoyed the day  though.

Don,
Was nice to finally meet you.

Parking was good and muddy, at least were I was. Car did not need a push out though.

Guess it has been a while since I have been and was surprised to see the entrance fee at $8, but still a heck of a lot cheaper than most other swaps. Frank

I heard the admission price had risen. Not sure what the facility is worth to rent but I would imagine in the 5 digits by now.

Yes it was Frank. Always good to put a face to the name. Did you find anything you couldn't live without ? Wife found a few "treasures" so it was a good day as I always make a social out of it and sell some parts to cover the cost for the day.

Only came home with two grommets that I can use on the rad support, so spent a whole Loonie.

Good part about the day was a twenty minute drive from there to my kids place in Albion Falls, got to spend some time with my granddaughter.
