It has been a while since I have been on busy finishing off the tow truck. Had a pretty decent summer although the record breaking fall has been much better.
Took in a few shows and have now rolled over 13000 km's on the truck in just 3 summers.
Grabbed a couple of awards along the way which is kinda nice but was never one for the trophy stuff.
The theme of my truck I took off of the three stooges. I was always a fan and have a knuckleheads garage tin sign mounted on the back of the wrecker. I decided to start the Canadian subsiduary of Kanuckle heads.
The old phone number actually works out to my last name.
In case anyone is wondering the truck was sprayed with John deere blitz black at a cost of $38 bucks US a gallon, costs more for the thinners and hardener but cheap enough for a newbie to try his hand at spraying.
Only disappointment was not being able to make it to the ELTA bash which is definitely on my to do list.
Will be making a trip to London for the wife to have a procedure done probably in November so maybe can get a coffee get together going with a few locals.
Thanks for the compliments...Nothing fancy just a beat up old tow truck but its a lot of fun.
The Elta bash is for sure on my list now if the lord be willing and the creek don't rise i'll be there lol.
