352 or 390 FE engine

Was going to install a 302/AOD in my 61 Galaxie, but gettin too old and lazy, so want to simplify by just replacing the present FE engine that's in there now. Nothing fancy, just something reliable that doen't mark its territory every time I park.

Have 2 390 's one running and good to go 64 vintage.

Have a 61 390 300 hp heads removed to check valves and bore.Both are good .Have new head gaskets and intake set .

Nice clean engine , very little wear.

416 nine nine three eight four seven eight

64 can be heard running 

61 can be inspected and you or I can put back heads
