I have a 50 year old two door hardtop. The original side glass has what looks to be water stains on them. I tried ,,,, glass cleaner, vinegar and baking soda, armor all glass scrub, high alcohol hand scrub, white off (used to clean white off the glass on a wood stove), and car wax. Still has a ton of what looks like water spots. Got any suggestions on how to get the marks off? Thanks for the help TMJ
I have used toothpaste as well, in fact I used toothpaste to buff out a couple of small scratches in a rental car once and I got away without any damage fees. Amazing what an eye glass cleaning pad and toothpaste will do for you.
Well I went to Lowes today to pickup some things for the honey-do list also picked up some 0000 steel wool. I'll give it a try later today. Last night I used a small foam buffing pad on a air tool with some real fine rubbing compound. A lot of the marks are gone but not all. See what today brings. Thanks to all for the help.
