Was at Bothwell...found that swap meet to be a super waste of time....members of my car club came and were all disappointed...
not one vendor had what we were looking for and swap meet section was small ..
I did not go to Bothwell the last couple years but that was because of personal reasons "arthritis" that I could not go. However I always found Bothwell to be a great venue.. I has mostly been more of a car show than a swap meet but they added the swap I guess about 10 or years ago and I have found some great treasures there as well..I agree with Joe .. I have been to lots of swaps over the years that I brought nothing home from but just because I did not find what I was looking for does not mean the swap was a waste of my time.. most of them are hit and miss depending on how bad you need something .. I still enjoy meeting up with friends and looking at the cars and stuff as I wander through the swap.. I always like looking at the junk and stuff..I never had a bad day at Bothwell..And somebody took home $30,000 bet it was not a waste of his day..

I thought it was good. Need to go there with a list. If you find a few things on the list you're looking good. Go there with one thing on the list you're going to come home disappointed. I spent about $100 for some things I needed and ran into Joe Mac
Glenn and I went on Friday. Didn't buy anything cuz we didn't need anything. We usually go and talk to people that we haven't seen for a while, and if we do get something, it's a bonus.
