This Friday at 7:30 pm is the first of 2 ISMA Super Modified shows to come to Delaware Speedway. These are some of the fastest circle track cars in the area.

I've watched them at Cayuga and Oswego. My favourite rounders. Saw a video somewhere of a few of them at Indy, I'll see if I can find it and post it up.

This past friday?? They must run mufflers on them. Didn;t hear a thing.

Several years ago we went to see the HOOSIER'S doing it in the dirt. That was pretty exciting. They can pull the front wheels half way down the straightaway in muckie dirt which looked like clay.

I know some of you don't like " Facebook Groups " ...( we won't mention any names biggrinbiggrin ) but there is a group simply called Supermodifieds that keeps up with a lot of the news and action , sometimes in-car videos and such . Try it , you might like it !

My first trip to Oswego was in the 60's with my Dad and a couple Uncles. Before my Pop passed away 5 years back he and I took my boys. My most recent visit was with my sons. Awesome place with amazing driver/mechanic/owner teams. Here's a clip of a fella some of you will know and a pic of my Dad at our last trip to Ohsweken before he passed. Best memories in the world.
