I know this may be a long shot, but I thought I'd throw this out here. I'm looking for a late 60's early 70's mopar manual steering box, to use for a cowl steering setup on my 27 T. These don't need reversed and don't need much modification for installation.
Hey Grumper: The big Moparfest is coming up soon.. I am assuming you have heard of it.. New Hamburg mid August I did know, I think it was the president of the Mopar club lived in Zurich. I think they may have called themselves the wrench benders..you may try to e-mail to the Mopar fest committee to see if anybody might help you make any contacts with one of the mopar clubs ..Just a lead, or suggestion ..One other possibility is Cudmors THis old guy Cudmor (he died a couple maybe 5 years ago) I think he was about 150 years old..and you had to pack a lunch and go early cause he wanted to talk to you for a couple hrs before he would let you in the yard.. Do not under any circumstances mention anything about a hot rod, or he will escort you off the property with a shot gun..I believe his 95 year old son is selling some stuff off.. He is located off highway 86 just east of Exeter on Mctagart line..go North on Mctaggart Line I don't remember how far 2, 5, 7, Ks there are vehicles along the roadside hidden in some brush and unkempt property He has a bunch of stuff or did have a few years ago. He thought he had gold ..But unfortunately it has trees growing through many and lots are buried up to the rocker panels ..You might find a phone number . I don't have it anymore..Thats all I got at the moment..

They made the box the guy is talking about for many years. Right from the early 60's to the 80's. Any manual steering mopar that is rear wheel drive will have the box.
I'll see if I can track down a # for Cudmore's and post it , everything over there is app't only , It's true Harold's son and daughter are looking after things now , it's hit and miss now finding anyone around there and the gates always closed so the phone call is absolutely neccessary . Jeez Chuk ; Harold was "as old as god" but the son and daughter are in their 60's almost sounds like all us old buggers got one foot in the hole
There is a small MOPAR swap meet at Sparta on the weekend of the MOPAR thingy. It's all mopar stuff. There might be something there if not someone there should be able to help you
Date June 18th
TMJ
OH I just read further down the page and noticed you have one ,,,,,,,,,,

As luck would have it, I stumbled across an F1 box that I can use.
Grumpy.. It was hard enough to deal with Harold.. Sounds like the son and Daughter as worse..I just never had the time to deal with Harold .. Everything there is mostly garbage from sitting in fields up to the doors.. unless you were looking for glass or some trim it's not worth the trip.. that's my view..
