Thanks for the invite over. I am Slab. I have a huge soft spot for Falcon's and Comets. I have always wanted to get one of these from the early 60's but just couldn't seem to find one that fit the bill. I have been working on a falcon lately but for health and safety reason had to quit the job site and go back to watching car building show reruns. I probably will always be a "wannabe" when it comes to owning a Falcon or Comet. The only difference between me and "the REAL" wannabe is that I don't drink beer! I have seen the Wannabe remove beer from a buddies fridge at an alarming pace while we (not the Wannabe) worked on a project. Some day when I grow up I would like to build cars as fast as the TV shows I watch on TV. Right now, I am very slow at the game. So for now, I will continue to dream about flaming my E-bike and taking it to shows.
Hello Rich: Welcome to the shop. glad to have you.. Health and Safety is the most important thing to take care of .. I know the Falcon you have been working on.It wouldn't be the car it is without your hard work and skills..Do make your health a first priority we are alive a short time and dead forever..Glad to have your input here helping with advice for many of us..

Mr Safety started chirping about paint on my mask filters. Oh well NO PIC FOR YOU! Heres is one as a teaser crap wont load
Thanks for the welcome. This site looks very Kool. I was impressed to see the variety of subjects. My health is fine, thanks for the concern though. That was just a joke that the cat filled in the gap with his post. The reason why no comets or falcon's fit the bill is because I'm a chevy guy!
John-coffee run sounds great. Still in process of getting insurance for the wagon but should be on the road in May unless it snows some more.
Fleet 51-Linda and I should be cruising to Dover a few times this summer, maybe we will see you there.
