Are dear friend chuk the administer of this site has brought up about us have a crest and or logo for us to use here and be proud to wear it So my wife has made some lapel tag ideas for us and she would like to try and design something for all of us to be happy with So my question is what would are member like to see that would represent us in public and here on the site i would like to hear any and all of your ideas and see what we can come up with for now we have this made up The other is mine just for you to look at
you see this is why we ask questions thank you janice for pointing and posting that picture we do not wish to step on any other groups toes so your ideas will help here be our selves i have an idea for a crest style logo but my wife is working on making it up so we can look at it but please tell us your thoughts

How about a circular or oval crest with the logo on the I D of the circumference and flowing calligraphy (wish I could draw it on here) and a choice rod in the centre or a crankshaft or injectors , etc. It stays away from the rectangular plate that O R has.Make it BIG !Like 12X5 so people can see it from a distance. I would pay. just my 2cent

junior thanks for the input my wife is again working on some ideas for both crest and logo and hope with getting something out on paper we can work out more ideas from there this will take some time but i will get it posted soon as we have them stay tuned

I searched for a McGurk crest a few years back on e bay, they were very nice laid out and stitched, an nice example . Maybe a similar ??? rectangular or oval.

The dilemma is I still don't understand the HTML code to be able to work in getting it inserted into the top.. Everything for this board is written in Html and I have not figured it out yet..So how about I stickie it so every body can comment for a few days ..but I like too .. Thanks a lot Beans It's great..Anyone on here that understands HTML..?

If you were to use this as the crest, I would have to supply you a different file format (I think a .png with transparent background - if you don't want to see the white square). I did Dan's logo - I would give him a quick message and ask him how to put the header image in. He should be able to help you.

I got some help from Dan ..Hemi43 on how to get the logo inserted He will make it here one of these days...I am going to give it a shot on the week-end and see if I can get our new Logo inserted onto the site.. Big thanks to Beans for a great logo.. and Dan Hemi43 for some technical information to get it loaded.. Thanks a lot guys..It takes a great group to make it all work for all of us.. So far we have the best of the best here.. I could not be more pleased and grateful to every one for participating here. We are off to a great start
