This is when I start to get my street rod groove going for the season.  This flea market is getting bigger every year since it moved from Stirling Ontario to Lindsay.

Have heard it's a good meet. We will be vending inside the building hoping for a good turnout.

I have heard others say it's a really good swap..Too far for this old guy..I am out of money & health.  All the smoke is gone from the body. Just don't need anything bad enough to walk those fields any more..cry I miss going to them but I just do close to home stuff now.. Is Barry finished ?? or is it still happening.. I haven't been to Barrie in about 6 years..went every year for about 40 years since they used be at the Molson factory..

Take some pictures if your going..

No the Barrie market is still in June for the spring meet and Sept for the fall meet. He sold the property but kept the meets and rents the facility for them. They moved the parking to the middle of the field so much nicer for the customers. But in doing so really re-arranged the vending spots. We weren't very happy with our new spots but customer flow is still fairly good so we will be back for another year.

The wife and I will look you up at Lindsay GMDad.  We have been going to Stirling for years, but got sick of all the house wares people brought out of the woodwork. Last year we headed to Lindsay because it was back to cars and car enthusiast as it should be. Had a great time and even met some new people. I stopped by a vendor and picked up a new chevy hat. Found out the nice fella lived about 20 minutes away from me.. Small world.

I got to walk around on Fri for awhile after setting up but was still empty spots there. Had a real good crowd on Sat. Did get a pic of this 40 Chev for sale and this Suburban caught me eye but not enough to open up the pocket book.. lol

I was at the show Saturday. My 40 is still parked in my storage trailer under it's blanky .. lol Good crowd, but I'm not sure if the vending was any bigger than last year. Saw a few empty spot in prime locations outside. Good turnout in the corral. Lots of cars. I saw one 40, but not that one. Prices all over the map as well. First time I came home empty handed, but that might be a good thing.
