Hello just purchased a barn find 1935 Ford 5 window coupe. Wondering if any members have restored one of these vehicles. Needs normal rust areas repaired. Floors, door bottoms cowl bottom and quarter panel bottom. Came with a newer v 8 flathead. If anyone has experience with one of these vehicles please let me know. Larry Wheatley

Yes it certainly does need a lot of work. My plan is to go with a v 8 flat head and the original drive line and frame. It came with a non original flat head that needs rebuilt. I was ready to sell it after I got it home. There are lots of new repair panels made for the body. I found myself wanting a project and I definitely have one now.
