JOHN : Definitely correct - We are up in Eastern Ontario and the lack of rain is even evident in the lake levels , and you are absolutely correct about the farmers needing it - Farmers always get a " thumbs up "from me . Like they say -- " If you ate today , thank a farmer " !! -- LATER -- DON / Fleet 51

Just had a mild rain for about 15 minutes down here at the Sandbanks. Don't think it did much good. Hopefully that rain forcasted for tonight will happen.

Guessing you guys took all our rain. May have had a trickle last night but that's all. Everything is dry right now. Only thing green on our lawn is the weeds.

I think most of it went to the Big Smoke. They have people there that think their cars are submersible. Did ya see the news clips of all the azz-hats that thought they could drive through 30" of water in the under-passes?

If I remember rightly there are a couple good sized ravines and creeks in that part of the country aren't there Junior? Is it sandy or clay though, that I can't remember. Nice area, I like it out there.

We could use some here too, it'll come close, but just close enough to tease. I've been irrigating from our wells otherwise the garden and berry patch would shrivel right up.
