JUNKYARD TOOLBOX

Doing a bit a bit of cleaning up a little while back, did a run to the local scrap metal yard. While unloading my junk I spied an old tool chest that imho looked salvageable so I brought it home.  It was a little misshapen so started beating on it and eventually got it to a point where the sliders worked "good enough" for my intended purpose.  Cool, a new to me toolbox.  A couple of years back I was a little frustrated with the project I was working on so I decided that tonight, I'm just gonna do something fun.  I got to hammering and made a little Bender the robot head from the Futurama TV show.  that little robot head has been quietly sneaking into the background of my photo's for years now.  It somehow was laid onto the new to me toolbox and it struck me, finally a home for Bender.20181030_200414.jpg20181107_161027.jpg20181107_161035.jpg
