you know i was going to post this in the humor section as the the guy who sent it to me, a cousin, pretty much only sends jokes and the odd ditti on how his mother is doing lately at 98yrs of age, who is my favorite aunt from many in a large irish dogan family. the problem was after reading it a couple of times i had a hard time seeing any humor in it even if it is, or was half true. you be the the judge.

Quebec got just over 11 billion of the total
When asked by reporters if the finance department had any intention of amending the formula used to calculate each provinces share, the minister replied there are no plans to change the program and expressed that it was working just fine
It works fine if you live in Quebec
Since it's inception in the fifties, Quebec has never contributed to the pool but has collected every year as a "have not Province" So far, Quebec has received over 250 billion dollars (a quarter of a trillion) which represents just over 50% of all the money distributed
Sounds fair to me...................

There are more "crooks" in Quebec than anywhere except India.
In 2006 some low life tried to access my bank account (RBC) with a "reader". I had to change my Pin and all was good. When I had to attend to my Dads estate and dealing with his bank (CIBC) wanting my info etc,they asked me if I ever lived in Quebec? Never,I said. A few weeks later,I get past due tax notice from the frog province saying I ran a business and never payed. This went on for 3/4 months. You can imagine trying to speak to these people,who know nothing of the English language. English is the language of Commerce, World wide;not FRENCH. Threatening legal action,one guy finally said they put my name on this account thinking he moved to Ontario.I involved my local mp as well- investigations revealed he had no "dependants" and we did. F$%#&*G pieces of S$^T-have nothing better to do than F*&^K people. Ignorant boneheads-The MOST corrupt province in CANADA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! end of rant
