I planted a RedBud tree in my yard two years ago and it's doing really well, untill something come in the yard and chewed off almost all the new growth. I tied it up and again the night before it was bent over and chewed, I thought a Rabbit,so I put the trap out with a cleaned/pealed carrot and got THIS!!!!! Don't know where it came from.?!
CRITTER RIDDER is coming out @1200 feet per second!!! Keep them in check, right Shagg!!!
They might be "cute" but they are one pain in the posterior and do serious damage to everything.. and they breed like mice.. I say murder them all...
yea, most city folk don't realize that they are as destructive as they are and a prime candidate for spreading rabies, having coons or fox's in or around a barn with other animals is a time bomb waiting to go off. trapping them or using spiked bait for me is not an option with the barn cats which by the way i have about 4 or 5 new kittens that someone dropped off a week or so ago that will end up in a box with a hose attached to the tail pipe of my tractor. living close to town at a 4 corner stop makes it easy for the city folk to be rid of their unwanted pets. around here it is just pest control and preventive maintenance so to speak.
