as it is my ambition to have a shop at home it has come to be, downsized and now have my own place, paid 5000 for this building brand new from a guy in hastings, 20 by 35, is all done I built in a week.
Good for you Rob,neighbor put one up last fall slightly bigger,he does spray foam insulation so gave it a dose and can heat the sucker with a light bulb!
on a sad note my buddy who did the cement pad for my shop was killed a few weeks ago at a job site, his name was john mensen, really good guy and a friend of mine.
