I'm a longtime car guy. Don't buy or sell very often. I buy what I like and keep it forever. Currently I am rebuilding my avatar Ford sedan. I also drive a vintage 911 Porsche, and my parts hauler, a 1984 K20 Chev pick up.
The Ford is a long term project. It's a Canadian car so has lots of issues with rust, hacked frame, terrible body work beneath the paint and butchered electrics. Just what I wanted.
I have a replacement '39 frame which I am modifying to take a Mustang WC 5 speed, mated to the '46 flathead (I think) that was in the car, a parallel leaf spring rear suspension with an Explorer rear diff that I Have not found yet.
Welcome Morris: Thanks for joining us.. you will find a pretty decent family of fellow rodders here to share and get help from.. We appreciate your input here as well.. There are no dumb questions. Well maybe I might ask a few..
