Getting closer to closing it up, weather has been a pain so far. I am not building this one, first time I gave the reins to someone else. I will be doing everything inside at this time.

Yea, sure going to miss my 24X50 but at least I have a 20X20 on the house so this one is to play in. Most of my shop equipment will be in my buddy's 34X 50 shop and it is only about 30 min away.

Been a long time since I poster pic's. Electrical passed. Vertical walls are insulated and drywalled. Cathedral ceiling will be done by a contractor.

Looks like a nice spot to spend lots of time. Where the 2x8 floor joists for the loft are joined with gang nail plates is there other support for that point?
