I made this die set up.
So I could do this.
Cause I have a guy who wants me to make these.
Nice work. Nothing like making your own 'Tools'

You got that right, I think I'm more proud of some of the tools I've built than I am the projects that I built them for...
Nice job Mike, any chance you have a video of that monster in action??
If at first you don't succeed, lower your standards and GET A BIGGER HAMMER!!!
A video? Hmm, I will think about that.
The first set of dies I made didn't quite get the radius I needed for the middle bend, not tight enough.
Set 2 came together faster than the first and worked better than expected.
First set had a 4" radius, second has a 3" radius.
I'm calling it success.
The top piece is a repop hinge arm, that I consider poorly done. It's 2 pieces welded together and the bends have caused a twist in the material.
Originals were 1 piece and that's how I wanted to do them too.
