Stuck Throttle Valve? 700r4

Looks like the throttle valve (the valve in the valve body connected to the TV Cable on the carb) is stuck or stickink.

Put the truck away working great then went to drive and shifted competely different next day. Late and hard 1-2 shift. Didn't drive much else put it away right away to figure out what was wrong. Looks like possibly the throttle valve is sticking in place. Did a pressure test and initally looked ok - then kept testing and completely changed.

Looks like it's stuck in high pressure and not really changing when you pull the cable. For example third should be around 80 at idle and 160ish at full pull of the cable. It's stuck sitting at 140ish and not moving when you pull the cable. So kinda leads me to beleive that's my problem...

Here's a video of third.

So I guess next I need to drop the pan and have a look at the valve and then decide if I'm pulling the valve body off or not..
