Hello.. new to the board. My name is Chad.. I live over in Guelph.. been playing cars,hot rods, and stock cars all my life.... my dad has had me in the shop with him as long as as I can remember he's a bodyman/certified car nut too.. I am a certified bodyman and welder also.. Currently employed as a welding supervisor in a fab shop.. I do lots of work for local guys.. currently building a 55 chev gasser for a fellow and a 69 barracuda for my wife and I am on the prowl for something to build for myself ...hope to be of some help around here..
Thanks guys... i am a car nut.. i love gassers and 60's style hot rods.. i have owned and built a slew of model a's and other 30's cars. Had tri 5 chevys and fords. Chopped pickups.. love the 60'style super stock cars.. recently got into the 60's mopars.. used to race stock cars
Hi Chad: Welcome to the forum.. Good to have you here .. We have a really good group in here. no Drama, nobody peeing on your cornflakes.. Everybody seems to get along well . And I may be a bit particular who I let in . usually if its somebody that could be any problem I always ask the rest of the forum members first for their approval.. We have been up for a little over a year and I am really proud to say this has been the best group I have seen in forums since I have been on a forum. Any trouble or problem with the forum let me know.. I have Known Chad for about 15 years.. and I will vouch for him.. Chad is a good guy and straight up and has a lot of good skills.. Geeeeez Chad,...I Love that "Kick Ass" Model a Coupe !! I'm a bit of a Model A fanatic myself,..got into those back in the very early '60's,..had one Coupe,..and the rest were all 2 door coach models.
I have had 7 of models a's lol.. a few of them went state side.. just sold a 28 sport coupe inwas stashing away... i go through spurts. Hot rods, then muscle cars then gassers the trucks lol never know which way i am heading.. lol
Welcome from Richmond. I used to have a stock car, till I ran out of money. Helped my oldest son with his for a few years. Then worked at Capital City Speedway until it shut down. Small break and now into the truck. Loved the racing scene and still get out to as much as I can possibly make. Enjoy your time here.
