Our adult son just left for vacation, in Greece / so only be the wife, doberman Kelly & babysitting two family YorkiePoo's...this year.
Saturday, we came back from a short Port Huron, MI trip and got waved through customs / duty free. I wished the boarder guard, a Merry Christmas. He responded with a good smirk.
For Christmas, Bridgette and I give Angry Grandpa the only car that he's ever wanted, his dream car: A 1955 Chevy Bel Air!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9T4NN96iYSU
From Me and my Family. I wish everyone a blessed great Christmas and a best New Year ever.. I am so pleased with the way the forum has grown with such a great family of fellow car guys.. Jan the 17th will the 1 year anniversary since I launched the forum and it could not have worked out better for me.. It was a time in my life that I needed to be home in the house for a lot to care for my wife.. This gave me me a place to feel like I was still out and in contact with the kind of people I like to hang out with and call my friends.I had lots of advice and good friendships made here. My sincere thanks to some members here that really helped me over the summer.. I have to say big thanks to Henry..AKA Henry s toys..I might add at this point I have yet to meet Henry in Person He was very gracious in the summer to loan me a little back hoe that saved me a lot of money while I was trenching.. I am very grateful for that.. Henry.. And many of you have helped me in ways that may not always be visible but you were there when I needed you and I appreciate every one here.. May the good Lord look out for each and every one here and your Family.. Drive safe and be kind and of good Cheer.. remember the reason for celebrating the season.. Especially at a time where is seems, every country is at war and so many have so little for just a basic safe place with warmth and food.. We have so much ,we are so lucky and thankful for.. And thanks for the best group of fellow rodders I could ask to know..Thanks for keeping this going. It could not live without you guys and gals participating.
Santa has been very good to me this year..I have wanted a Les Paul like this for years.. I can hardly wait to get it singing.. I just can't find the CD slot??
Wishing all of you a very Merry Christmas and happy new year. Great to be connected with you folks. Thanks for the help and advise you were able to give.
