So I have posted an ad for a 1/2 pint truck for sale for my old neighbour.

This is an actual reply I received from someoneno.

Hi There l would love to buy your Dakota but l have very little money l need a little truck because l am a very little person l have no job at this time infact have not had a job in long time but still looking but still need a truck to help with looking for goodย job.itย says truck must be towed so if we tow it can l have test ride to make sure every thing eles is ok when can l come to do this will you take cheq. will be good in spring when l get good job thanks joblessย

My reply to him.

Dear jobless.
Sorry about your " being little" I'm sure some girls don't mind.๐Ÿ˜ณ
I have takin the time to copy/paste an ad that recently ran on kijiji.
He sold his item very quickly. ( see other thread for that ad )
In future try to be more like this guy.
If you have a small package.... you better be funny is all.
Another good piece of advice would be to keep checking places like the Salvation Army and value Village. Often times you will see a child battery operated car or jeep. It sounds like that would be right up your alley. It would also be very cheap on fuel and insurance.
I no this is a rather long add/response but read it it will brighten your day.
Sincerely, from won't sell truck to guy with small unit!

ย

Don't you just love kijiji

That's too funny Janice ! That reply would never have crossed my mind, but well done.

Had a kijiji guy show up yesterday for a snowblower. He was from London and about a half hour away.
Gave him my 20 and shows up to check the 4 that are good to go.

This clown actually wanted to load up one and "try' it for the weekend. (storms going on here now)

Didn't have any money 'on him' and whined about his gas getting here to go home empty.

He left without one, but I did offer a shop discount, ha !

Lmao. That is too funny. Sounds typical.
My daughter is furious with me because she is concerned that they may have actually been special needs person replying.
But I'm 100% positive it was either my brother or my other buddy yanking my chain when they saw the ad I posted to sell the truck.๐Ÿ˜‚ It absolutely wreaks of my bro.

It really does take all kinds
