Trying to Locate Ford T Flatbed Truck
Permalink

I am trying to locate a Ford T Flatbed Truck Street Rod. 1926 Ford "Tall T" Style cab on an F100 Frame(Twin I Beam Front axle). Had a 500 Caddy, last time I saw it, it had SBC with auto trans. 9 inch rear axle. Was red with black front fenders. Wooden stakes on flatbed were made from hockey sticks. Had a stained glass oval rear window, (see image),  of Thom Thomson painting. Was sold at auction several years ago. Might have gone to Hamilton area. One name on MTO $20 package is S. Barbayanis.  Barbayanis family is trying to locate it and try to re-acquire it. At very least would like to see and photograph it. If you have a lead on this truck please forward it. Thanks.

Image is NOT the actual truck, but same style truck.

Jeeeeez Kid,....the guy that I bought the '62 Biscayne from is a high school teacher in Hamilton,..and he spoke of having either a Model A or Model T flat bed with racks, just prior to purchasing the '62,...or possibly even after he bought the '62, as I have one photo of the '62 that he forwarded me,..and that truck with racks is parked in one bay of his garage,. his name is Kevin Karl,..unfortunately, I don't have his contact info any longer, but he lives just off of Reymer Rd West. ( off of upper James ),....will see if I can locate the buyer seller package that he gave me,..that will have his address on it.

Still looking for a lead on T truck. As far as I know body is still red, with black fenders. Somebody thought it might have a Ford engine now. I'm sure there are only so many Model T flatbed truck street rods around. Thanks.

the Kid
