Hi guys.. Say it Looks like my Son bought a little 50 Ford pick-up while I was away working on the trailer.. The truck is from the London area , He bought it from a Kevin Futcher.. He lived in London but now lives in Melbourne All I know about the truck is it has a Ford 302 and looks to be in great shape. I have not seen the truck other than these pictures. but my Son "Shawn" informed this morning we are picking it up Saturday Morning..Looking for anybody that knows anything about this truck..It looks clean in the pictures. He looked at pretty close and says there is no rust and looks really solid. sounds real good ..
If you know the truck or the owner or anything about the truck please let me know here.. I have tried 10 times to get these pictures flipped to be right side up and they are on my pc but they will NOT copy to here right side up.. I friggen hate this windows 10 .. WINDOWS 10 SUCKS BIG TIME....thanks Chuk
I don't think it will get any Chevy in it Joe, That 302 fits in it very nice .. With a couple exceptions It will stay with the Ford Drive train..It seems to be in pretty good shape.. If you notice in the pictures the previous owner didn't even put carpeting in it Still just has the painted floor..It seems like the truck came from Saskatchewan a few years ago..It has been stored for a couple years for some health reasons. I don't think it got 100% finished. It does not have a fuel gauge or temp gauge, it has two ignitions, one to lock the steering column, one to start the truck, so we have some work to finish and up some stuff and correct some other things. I have never seen it around.. Anyway, we pick it up tomorrow morning.. So once I get it home we can get it on the hoist to have a much better look.. We need to do something about the seat it sucks , I guess he will have to live with the color, we will probably look at some way to do something to make look a bit different..My Son is pretty excited to get it home.. He is 55 and has had a Harley for the last 10 years. This is his first hot-rod ..I was trying to find a couple pictures of Ricks truck on here but I couldn't find any except your avatar..

I remember seeing the truck on the road in Strathroy area a few years back-never seen the guy driving like an idiot or anything.
Truck has a real nice rake to it. I thought it must be a good driver and a good truck because I seen the guy driving it a lot and also in inclement weather(just rain-not snow) I noticed it advertised on on Kijiji- For what he was asking for it,it seemed like a real reasonable buy for a running driving street rod that just needs a few little things sorted out. Congrats to your Son.
