Looking for an original style air cleaner with lid that came on the mid 60s 283 and 327 4 bbl quadrajet motors. The snorkels on these don't have any fitting for the heat stove pipe. Don't mind cleaning it up and refinishing it just don't want one all beat up.

Hey Don I think Wayne from oakwood garage had one for sale last year. I bought one from him with the oval inlet,,on Bothwell weekend last year and he had at least on more. He usually sells old steel wheels and older tires on KIJIJI.
He drives that Green Chev pickup about '64ish that says Oakwood Garage on the side. I think his last name is Chapman but not sure
TMJ, I emailed Wayne before I went to Barrie about the wheels and breather. Never got back to me on the breather and I would like a set of those wheels for our small caps and rings on the Malibu wagon but of course I didn't really want to spend that much but I think most of Wayne's stuff is pretty good so they should be a nice set of wheels. And Oakwood is only about 125 miles away..

I bought a set of the CHEVROLET script valve covers and the breather from him at the same time. I have been watching those breathers for some time and they are pricey. Possibly the one I'm talking about is different from the one you want. If I can help at all let me know,, I'm only about 30 or so miles from him. Maybe Frank has what you want..
