Rocker Guard / Rubberized Undercoating

I just painted my inner fender black.

Just wondering if I should spray a coat of rubberized coating where the original was? This would also go for the inside of the fender??

Or just leave it in paint?

Not restoring my Delray to pristine just a driver.

Ben and I primed his wheel wells with epoxy then rocker guarded, then sprayed with semi gloss black rattle can paint. 5 yrs later, they still clean up well. He has over 30000 miles of everyday rain or shine driving on the car now. Painting the rocker guard I feel seals it and makes it easier to clean. Hope this helps.

The rubberized doesn't last as long as rock guard.
It's basically a oil or tar spray. It does not get real hard.

The stuff on my car is dominion sure seal rubberized rocker guard. If prepped properly it should last a long time.

20180307_211559.jpgThis is a crappy picture of the wheelwell after 5 years, cleaned quick with some instant detailer.

Frequently pressure washed with no adhesion issues. Youll like it.
