Hi, I have a very roomy 1987 34' trailer for sale. Pulls like a dream, is used to water and land so could be used at a trailer park or boat launch, makes no difference to this baby. Very sturdily built, will withstand raging waters without moving or collapsing. It may have a little water damage but I'm sure a good rebuild of the walls and floor will fix that. Or try your luck with a commercial dehumidifier or ten, I've heard they work wonders and dry it out like new again. Buyer would be responsible for towing away from location, but might want to wait a day or two till the waters subside. All in all it was a great trailer for the one or two nights of use we got out of it and if anyone is looking for a project that will take more time than you got than this is the trailer for you!
