I'm in need of a BT-1021 , 2.4V, 300mAh.

I see there are 600mAh and 800mAh for sale still at 2.4 volts. Does anyone have any experience using a larger mHa battery when it is being charged or used?

As long as the connection is the same and voltage, you will be fine with more Ah's = Longer talk time between charges.

I priced out the battery around here and got around 20$+ HST ea. I ordered on line and am getting 3 batteries @ 800uAh for 10$ CDN including delivery to my door from California.
