NO MORE PLATE REFUNDS
Permalink

Here's yet another proposed Liberal money grab - they're trying to eliminate the refund you get right now if you turn in your plates with over 3 months left on the renewal.  They're really chasing the nickels and dimes now!!  Remember this kind of stuff next election.

And if you happen to get a set of the newer plates where the paint on the  letters & numbers disappears, YOU get to pay for a new set even though the gov. screwed up, not us.

Paint !! Its a free kin  sticker. The whole thing. Probably glued on by children in china. Douce bags more then likely pay 10 cents each for them

There's a specific range of a bad batch of plates that I believe if you have and they're peeling you can just bring em back in and they'll replace them. Was listening to a discussion on the radio about the bad set of plates a while back and that's what they were saying.

The wife has personalised plates on her truck and the rear is peeling badly but the front is like new. I would have thought the front plate would deteriorate first. I didn't hear to much about replacement plates but will check in at License Bureau to find out what to do. As the plate is now its good to go for 407.
