Getting harder and harder for us old guys to keep up with the updates and changing stuff.. The part I find confusing is even when we download the updates, I never see any difference in what I am doing or viewing. So what is point of the updates. I think they are just updating something on our computers that gives them more information about us and how to spy on us every place we go or shop online so they can target us for more advertising.. What I notice is often after I been looking at stuff on line then I go to places like kijiji all along the side bar is advertising from where I was online.. I don't think the updates are for us .. We have given up a lot of privacy with the internet..I don't think I could ever go back though..

I never noticed this so much until Windows 10 helped itself to my computer. I cant even control which updates I want to install. If I force a shutdown without installing the updates the computer installs them at startup.
That damn windows thing pops up daily wanting to install 10.. I don't want 10 so I just keep deleting it .. Some have said it just installed it's self..

I know you have concerns with "spying" but I have Win 10 coupled with Google Chrome as the browser . If they want to spy on me, go ahead , they will be bored as hell !
